Accounts Payable

For businesses that have suppliers and buy on credit, we can very quickly enter in vendor invoices and process payments. This lets you see how much you and to whom at any given time.


PAYROLL

For businesses with employees, we can run and process weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payroll. This includes preparing T4’s and ROE’s for former employees, and T5018’s for subcontractors.


JOB & PRODUCT COSTING

Using data, we can help you find the ‘sweet spot’ in your pricing structure; not too low that you sell yourself short, but not too high that may dissuade customers.


ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

We can create and send sales receipts and invoices to customers, including performing follow-up communications for anything outstanding. This lets you collect every dollar that you’ve earned.
 


INVENtory

Whether it’s parts for construction projects or T-shirts for re-sale, we can track how much stock you have so you’ll never have to worry about running out of supply at inopportune times.



BANK rECONCILIAtiONS

This process ensures that no transaction is duplicated or omitted. For example, if an expense is duplicated or if a deposit is omitted, it will result in a lower net income on financial statements. With Fyroch performing monthly reconciliations, you can be sure that your books remain accurate.


TAXES & HST

Fyroch can prepare, remit and pay HST owing to the CRA, whether it’s monthly, quarterly or annually. This also includes remitting payroll taxes and WCB if applicable. Note that we currently do not offer corporate tax services.


FINANCIAL STATEMENT PREPARATION

We can prepare and send you reports such as Balance Sheets, Income Statements or Inventory Summaries as often as you’d like, so you’ll always have an accurate picture of where your business stands. This lets you make timely and well-informed decisions.
